Music is an important part of our school life and we aim to foster enjoyment and appreciation of all kinds of music. There are thriving recorder groups and any child may begin recorder lessons from the beginning of Year 3.
Violin flute clarinet, guitar and saxophone tuition is available to children in Year 4 and above. It is given by specialist peripatetic teachers and there is a charge for lessons. |

Our other clubs include French Club, Netball Club, Football Club and Environment Club. In 2005 the Environment Club won a competition to design a mural for Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust. We came first out of about 60 entries. You can see the mural in the Education Centre at Slimbridge.
