Admissions Policy
Our admissions are governed by B&NES LEA Policy. This policy sets a Standard Admissions Number for each school (at present this is 13 pupils per year) and also the criteria by which children gain admission should the school be oversubscribed. If oversubscribed, LEA will offer places based on these criteria and parents have the right to appeal against the LEA decision. Full details of the process and the criteria are available either from B&NES Council or the school. The Headteacher will always be pleased to offer information and advice on admissions.

Children are usually admitted in the autumn term following their fourth birthday and stay with us for seven years until transferring to Chew Valley School in the September after their eleventh birthday.
